We are a principle based architectural practice pursuing solutions to anthropogenic global warming & sustainability in the built environment. As this is a relatively new branch of architecture, we are a work in progress. We focus in 3 areas; R & D, Special Projects & Architectural Service. Magic Boxes is our first project to be marketed.

Our buildings provide heat, cool, light, clean air & proper humidity for your comfort, without requiring additional resources. We do this using sustainable design & energy harvested on-site from clean, renewable sources. They are able to collect & distribute rain water as well.

"Magic Boxes" is the in-house name for the small buildings project presented here. The idea came to me while using a solar powered calculator. This device works effortlessly, in all conditions except total darkness and never needs a new battery. Why couldn't a building function the same way? Presented is our answer. We believe that these represent a clear and simple answer. Also, those who come in contact with these buildings will experience first-hand the new technologies and how easily they can fit into their lives.
A Project Overview
Our buildings are built on four platforms (pictured here); 8x12, 12x16, 16x24 & 24x32 (feet). We are taking a cue from the auto industry which uses compact, mid-size, full-size and light-truck.
While we plan that our units will be manufactured at our facilities and delivered to your site, complete, for the present they are constructed using standard architectural / construction practice. Larger units will be fabricated in pieces and delivered to site for final assembly. These larger units include the 2432 platform units which are delivered in 2 pieces, the LakeHouse & small OfficeBuilding which will be assembled from prefabricated parts.
Each unit is built for a unique customer. We presently do not maintain inventory.
Each units use is determined by the purchaser. The space in the larger units can be subdivided for any purpose. Units are pictured here with specific uses but they can be modified to meet any need.
You can purchase one of our pre-designed units with a stock interior, a pre-designed unit with a custom interior or we can design and build a unit to your requirements using our specifications.
Our units can be installed free-standing or attached to existing buildings. Our units could be assembled, two or more, to form a new stand-alone building.
Our buildings are presented in 4 styles; Contemporary, traditional, poetic (coming soon) and unique. The traditional style can be modified within limits to blend with the existing building(s) of the purchaser. However, we will not violate the sustainability principles on which the designs are based.
Our buildings can be used in a variety of applications;
Construction - Temporary Construction or Sales Facilities,
Education - Temporary classrooms,
Residential - additions or accessory buildings or new homes,
Commercial - Additions and/or accessory buildings, Trade show display facilities (exterior or interior)
Remote locations - residential or commercial,
Roof-top applications in urban locations - residential or commercial.
